Fly is one of the smartest dogs I have ever owned.  You can train most anything including the commands in a few short repetitions and get almost perfect execution very quickly.  Quite a dangerous trait, however she is by far one of the more forgiving dogs of MY poor execution I have ever experienced.

She is completely work driven whether on stock or for domestic type behaviour and trick training.  She simply lives to please and like her older sister Tess has an amazing off switch.

She is strong eyed, very classy with a lot of go but loosens up nicely on mobs.  We have only really just started sheepdog training for a variety of reasons and so far she has picked up rough mob sides in 3 sessions and is showing huge promise for the future.

She is quite an autonomous little dog and has been giving me the slip to go find sheep since she was 12 weeks old.  She is one of those dogs that while you want to give her an earful for her transgression of heading out to the sheep on her own you end up spying and admiring the class of the work she does with no instruction, notably she can hold a line across an open paddock like nothing I have experienced before.  The trick now is marrying that talent to following my instruction which is coming along well.

She is an affectionate little dog with awesome play and work drive and all in all just a very easy and nice little dog to own.  Her structure is very balanced front to back, she is fast and overly agile.
